Lettings
We have three main service levels based on each landlord’s needs:
Let Only Service
A service for our ‘hands on’ landlords who wish to administer their rent and deal with repairs. We will market the property, complete accompanied viewings and provide the required legal documentation to set up a tenancy. Tenants will then be provided with the landlord’s details for future contact throughout the term.
Rent Collection Service
An important service for our self-managing landlords who want the peace of mind that rent is collected efficiently. Should any rent arrears occur, all matters are dealt with formally with the necessary records kept to assist eviction if necessary.
Fully Managed Service
We will undertake the duties as per the Let Only Service, then will be the first point of contact for the tenants during the tenancy. Managing maintenance issues and processing rental payments as well as carrying out periodic visits to ensure the property is being looked after in the correct manner.
Financial & Mortgage Advice
We have a Financial Advisor based in branch offering face to face or telephone appointments to assist with mortgage set-up and renewal.
